Supporting a Range of Mobility Needs
Our ferry is designed to accommodate passengers with varying mobility requirements. Whether you’re exploring independently or with family and friends, we aim to make your journey smooth and stress-free.
Passengers using sticks or canes are very welcome, with staff available to offer a steadying hand when boarding and disembarking.
Walking frames and mobility aids can be accommodated, with assistance provided to ensure safe access on and off the ferry.
· Wheelchair users are supported wherever possible. If passengers are able to walk the short distance down the steps onto the landing stage, our crew will happily carry the wheelchair on board and ensure it is ready for use at the other side. We are always on hand to assist and will do everything we can to make your journey comfortable and straightforward. Passengers must be able to walk up and down a couple of steps in oreder to board the ferry and Sea Tractor.
Family-Friendly Travel
We know that travelling with young children often comes with extra equipment, and we’re here to help:
Prams, pushchairs, and strollers can be brought on board, making it easy for families to travel comfortably.
Our crew will happily assist with lifting or positioning where needed, so you can focus on enjoying your day.

Partially sighted passengers are supported by our attentive crew, who can guide you safely on and off the ferry and answer any questions.
